The Journal of Educational Practice for Social Change (JEPSC) is an
online peer-reviewed international journal, with an integrated view of
philosophical, historical, and sociological issues in education, and the
belief that good educational theory should be taken to practice to
promote positive social change.
Founded in 2005, the journal publishes critical scholarly essays based
on IRB approved research. Essays must present theory that has been
taken into practice.
The recommended length for manuscript submission is between 3500
and 4000 words. All texts must be in accord with the APA 6th manual for

An editorial decision will be rendered within 2-3 weeks after the
submission of the text. The next publication of JEPSC is expected in the
fall of 2010. The deadline for submissions for this edition is:
September 15, 2010. The reviews will be blinded and comments will
be returned along with the decision whether or not the manuscript will
be accepted for publication.
